Since graduating in 2001, she has worked with children and adults in a variety of mental health settings. She has had specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cogntive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She specializes in the treatment of sexual abuse and other traumas including veteran issues, physical abuse, domestic violence, violent crimes, etc... She also has experience providing services for sexually-aggressive youth. She has been in private practice since 2006 and provides individual and group therapy services, as well as clinical supervision, case consultation, and training opportunities. She has been recognized in the 2008 Who's Who and loves her work.
